Baby Harlan

A couple months ago we did a super fun baby bump session for Melanie. Well, now her little arrival is here and we had the honor to photograph Melanie & Damien's sweet little boy, Harlan. He is absolutely adorable ( he happens to have attractive parents) and I would safely say he is already on his way to being spoiled, if not already!These pictures capture little Harlan at just 10 days old and he was very cooperative! ( as cooperative as one could be to make them get naked and go in all kinds of weird positions and poses). :)
Blinded by Love: Ross + Katie

I just wanted to say that I love how Ross and Katie got together. They were set up on a blind date while they were in college at Ball State University! How cute is that!?
While we were doing there engagement session we really got to know these two! Ross is more quiet and reserved and Katie is more outspoken and outgoing. It was neat to see how these two really compliment each other! We are super excited for them!
Fairytale Wedding: Travis + Amy

Travis + Amy had a beautiful wedding and we are so thankful that the rained held off long enough to get some photos downtown and at the beautiful Eiteljorg Museum.
Travis is a doctor and finishing school and Amy just became a doctor herself. Kuddos for these two planning a wedding while working on their doctorates!

Head Over Heels: Kyle + Jen

We absolutely loved getting to photograph this super fun engagement session with Kyle + Jen! We met Kyle while we were in South Africa last summer and we knew Jen mutually through friends in the same ministry we were involved in college. They are going on staff with the same ministry at Indiana State University. We are so excited to see God use them on the college campus and super excited for their August Wedding.
We would also like to say how appreciative we were of Jen spending part of her birthday to do the engagement session. So we figure we would surprise her with a little birthday cupcake from The Flying Cupcake- Pretty In Pink was the flavor and we just want to add the flavor is just as sweet as this couple! Thanks Jen for letting us celebrate your birthday!
Baby Baylen

We love our jobs. What we love even more is that we get to a part of the biggest day of peoples lives. Next in line is seeing their families grow! We photographed Wes & Jessica's wedding almost 2 years ago! Then, we photographed their family picture around 1 year later to only find out they were expecting. Which was followed by a baby bump session almost 2 months ago and now we get to see their newest edition: Baylen. We are so thankful that Wes & Jessica has kept us updated in their lives. It really means a lot to us. They are such a great couple and couldn't be happier for them! We know that they will be great parents! Plus, Baylen has to be one the cutest babies ever. We photographed him at 7 days and already is a heart breaker with dimples, dark skin, and lots of dark hair! Enjoy the pictures of this cute little man! Even though he didn't like us making him get naked ( its a cold world out there) we were still able to get some really neat intimate pictures of his itty bitty body (and tushie!)
Sweet Love: Mitch + Lisa

We had a fun engagement session with Lisa & Mitch. We know how awkward being in front of a camera can be. ( thats why we like being on the other side of it.) Mitch + Lisa didn't let that show and we really got to know this couple. They are very genuine and very nice! We are so excited for their July wedding and so glad we got to have a fun engagement session. You could say it was like a first date for this couple and our cameras. So what better way to break the ice with ice cream?!
Love Birds: Daniel + Jaime

First, let me just say how much I love themed weddings! Jaime and Daniel had a small intimate wedding and had a vintage, love bird theme. Quite charming, really.
They chose to see each other beforehand and like I have said before, it makes the day go by much smoother! It was a very laid back wedding and it was neat to see their family and friends support them on the biggest day of their life!
We were able to go to her grandmother's house and take some really unique and antique pictures. Jaime's aunt did a fabulous job keeping the theme and had tons of vintage things throughout the ceremony and reception. Its really neat to see DIY brides incorporate their creativity!

Summer Love: Adam + Erin

Last week we had an awesome engagement session with Erin and Adam! We started out at Garfield Park, then headed to downtown to get some fun shots. Erin is super fun and always smiling! We can see why Adam choose her! ;)
